Cutting 2,723.22 ha in Tar Nay and Monorom villages of Chheungkou commune in Prey Nup district of Preah Sihanouk province: 391.70 ha from 2002 Forest Cover, and 2,331.52 ha from ELC of Mong Reththy; Reclassifying unspecified size of land as state private land for donating to 1,268 families; and Reserving unspecified size of land for public interest use.
