Law on administration of the Capitals, Provinces, Municipalities, Districts and Khans

This law is intended to define the administration of the Capitals, Provinces, Municipalities, Districts and Khans. The Capitals, Provinces, Municipalities, Districts and Khans shall be governed by the principles of unified administration to establish, promote and sustain democratic development through decentralization and deconcentration policies.
