Survey report on participation and democratic governance 2011

This survey report aims to study and understand the people's participation in democratic governance at national (National Assembly) and sub-national levels (commune councils), and establish the accountability of the elected constituency representatives, members of the National Assembly and commune/Sangkat councilors. Included in the key questions for the survey report are: How many eligible voters know or ever contacted any Parliamentary member? Are you satisfied with fulfillment of promises by commune council or royal government? How did you understand of citizen participation with commune council's works?
