    		Delcom Cambodia Pte. Ltd had been granted exploration license in an area of 216 Km2 in Phnom Dek, Preah Vihear province and 198 Km2 in Kravar, Kampong Thom province. The detailed spatial coordinates were mentioned in Article 1 of the the Prakas which officially being into force March 23, 1998. The company has address #320, Kampuchea Krom Blvd., Phnom Penh After license expiration date, the company could apply for renewal its license. However, the permission could be revoked without condition in case the company violated the law.
