Travel support for CamIGF 2025
Are you passionate about the future of Cambodia’s internet but live outside of Phnom Penh?
Here’s your chance to have your voice heard!
Open Development Cambodia (ODC) and Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology (CADT) with the support of UNESCO are excited to provide travel support for 25 participants from the provinces to attend the Cambodia Internet Governance Forum (CamIGF) 2025.
🗓️ When: 6-7 December 2025
📍 Where: Koh Pich Convention and Exhibition Center, Phnom Penh
The CamIGF is committed to ensuring diverse voices from all parts of Cambodia are included in the dialogue. We want to strengthen engagement from stakeholders in the province, youth, and underrepresented communities in shaping our digital future. This year’s themes include Online Safety in the AI Age, Universal Access and Connectivity, and Empowering Youth for the Digital Future.
Who should apply for the travel support? (Eligibility Criteria)
We encourage you to apply for the travel support if you are:
- Currently living and working/studying in a province (outside of Phnom Penh).
- A student, researcher, indigenous people, people with disability, members of a civil society organization.
- Passionate about internet governance, AI, online safety, digital skills, or universal connectivity.
- Committed to sharing your knowledge with your local community after the event.
Selection Procedure
Selection will be based on your application, with a focus on your motivation and your commitment to community contribution. Preference may be given to underrepresented groups, such as women, youth, indigenous people, persons with disabilities, and people from the LGBTQIA community.
