This profile page collects information on labor-related issues in Cambodia. It aims to disclose and disseminate labor-related information to the public. This dataset gathers details on worker protests, strikes, employee complaints, factory closures, and other significant changes related to jobs and the relationship between employees and employers. Specific information on various labor relations cases will be compiled including, but not limited to the conflict, disagreements, parties involved, settlements, solutions, etc.

Since 2020, the Solidarity Center Cambodia team has been collecting Cambodia labor relation cases dataset through publicly available documents. Through collaboration, the Open Development Cambodia Organization (ODC) contributes to the data collection and cleanup process in the form of a Google spreadsheet, then converts the data into CSV format and creates geospatial data to be uploaded to ODC's website.
