    This dataset shows information about the land concession implemented by The Land Allocation for Social and Economic Development (LASED) Phase3 Phase 2 which covers the LASED phase 1 project and Life with Dignity project plus a new site in Dong village of Kampong Thom province. In total there are 25 concessions dispersed in the 11 provinces of Cambodia.

    Natural protected areas in Cambodia (1993-2023)

    This dataset contains data of eight types of protected areas in Cambodia (national park, wildlife sanctuary, protected landscape, multiple use, natural heritage site, Ramsar site, biosphere reserve and marine national park) with issuing dates starting from 1993 to 2023. The data was collected from government agencies and non-governmental organisations in both pdf and shapefile formats. Geographic data is encoded in the WGS 84, Zone 48 North coordinate reference system.

    		The land from forest cover 2002 in total amount of 3753 hectares, including 4 locations such as Svay Chreah commune of Snoul district for 777.90 hectares, O'Krieng commune of Sambor district for 352.64 hectares, Kbal Damrei commune of Sambor district for 1122.46 hectares and Chambok commune of Preak Prasab district for 1500 hectares in Kratie province was privatized for social land concession to allocate to former armed forces and their families, and general poor people.
