Social alnd environmental impacts The project will provide benefits to society and the environment, such as for people to get jobs, doing more business, building infrastructure, and for the national society, the state will receive money from taxes, receive money for environmental and social protection, and there will be growth in the domestic tourism sector.
Employment opportunity During the construction phase of the project, the company needs a total of 600-700 local workers (Cambodians) and 30 office staff, including 15 foreigners (Russians). During the operation phase, the company needs a total of 130 local workers (Cambodians) and at least 10 foreigners (Russians).

Mitigation strategies The Company has taken measures to mitigate a number of environmental impacts, such as forest resources, wildlife, air pollution, noise disturbances, groundwater and groundwater quality, public health and well-being, and the company has divided it into three phases: pre-project execution, during execution, and post-project completion.
