    Special economic zone in Cambodia (2006-2024)

    This dataset describes the information of special economic zone (SEZ) in Cambodia from 2006 to 2024. The total number of 56 SEZs are recorded in point that data was collected from many sources by ODC’s mappers such as the royal gazette of Cambodia's government, and reports of the governmental ministries in hard and soft copies of pdf format and 34 SEZ represented in polygon from STIMSON. Geographic data is encoded in the WGS 84, Zone 48 North coordinate reference system.

    		According to the news published by the Cambodian Construction Association website in 2015​ through URL https://www.construction-property.com/kerry-worldbridge-sez-breaks-ground/, 100 million USD Kerry Worldbridge special economic zone was groundbreaking at the start of July expects to eventually create 25,000 jobs on a 63-hectare site 17km south of Phnom Penh.
