Program and Strategy Associate

Amy joined ODC in October 2025 as the Program and Strategy Associate. She works in strategic advisory and project development, contributing to research and the drafting of donor engagement and reporting materials. A human rights researcher by training, she focuses on European Union asylum policies and human rights violations in Southeast Asia and other global contexts. She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III), with a specialization in Francophonie, Strategies, and International Relations.
