Located in Chay Lork village, O'som commune, Veal Veng distric, Pursat province, land size of 4,674 hectares was converted into state private property used for the investment of economic land concessions in Stung Atay hydropower project. Annex of the map on geographic locations and coordination system No.0456 on 06 March 2012 of Pursat Provincial Hall are attached with this sub-decree. |

Stung Atay Hydropower Plan, located in Western Cambodia on the Atay River, worth US$255 million and undertaken by China Datang Cooperation. The dam has been a work-in-progress since 2008 and completed in May 2013. |
120 MW plant in Cambodia to start operation this week

Atai plant sited in Pursat, Western Cambodia, invested by the China Datang Corporation worth 255 million USD under a concessional contract of 34 years “Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT)” with the Cambodian government. This 120 megawatt plant took 5 years of construction, and came into operation on 27 March 2014. |
