រដ្ឋសភា​បាន​លើក​ឡើង​នៅ​ក្នុង​សេចក្ដី​ថ្លែង​ការណ៍​មួយ​កាល​ពី​ថ្ងៃ​ សុក្រ ដោយ​បាន​​​អះអាង​​​​ថា គណបក្ស​សង្គ្រោះជាតិ​​​​​កំពុង​​​​តែ​​​ប្រមាថ ​​​ទាំង​រដ្ឋ​ធម្មនុញ្ញ និង​ព្រះ​មហាក្សត្រ​ តាមរយៈ​​​ការ​​​អះអាង​​​​​​ ម្តង​​​ហើយ​​​ម្តង​​​ទៀត​​​ថា រដ្ឋាភិបាល​​ថ្មី​មិន​ស្រប​​​​ច្បាប់​។ គណបក្ស​សង្គ្រោះជាតិ​បាន​ចោទ​ប្រកាន់​គណបក្ស​ប្រជាជន​កម្ពុជា​កំពុង​​​ កាន់​​​​អំណាច​ថា បាន​ប្រព្រឹត្តផ្ទុយ​​​ពី​​​​រដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញ​តាមរយៈ​​​ការ​ ​​​បើ​ក​សម័យ​ប្រជុំ​សភា កាល​ពី​សប្ដាហ៍​មុន បើ​​​ទោះ​​​​ជា​​​គ្មាន​​​ការ​ ​​ចូលរួម​​​ពី​​​គណ​​​បក្ស​ប្រឆាំង​​​​ ដែល​​​មាន​​​​៥៥​អាសនៈ​​​​ និង​​​ដែល​​​បាន​​​ធ្វើ​ពហិ​​​ការ​​​​មិន​​​ចូលរួម​​​បើក​​​សម័យ​​​ប្រជុំ​​ ​ ដោយសារ​​​​មិន​ទាន់​​​​មាន​​​ការ​​​​ដោះ​ស្រាយ​​​​​ភាព​មិន​ប្រក្រតី​អំឡុង​ ការ​បោះឆ្នោត​កាល​ពី​ខែ​កក្កដា​។ សេចក្ដី​ថ្លែងការណ៍​​​​​​នេះ​​​​មាន​ខ្លឹម​សារ​ថា “រដ្ឋសភា​គឺ​​​ត្រូវ​ បាន​អនុម័ត​ដោយ​សំឡេង​​ឆ្នោត​៦៨ ច្រើន​​​ជាង​សំឡេង​ភាគ​ច្រើន​ដាច់​ខាត​នៃ​ សមាជិក ​[ទាំង​​១២៣រូប​​​​]។ ដូច្នេះ​​​​ការ​​​បោះ​ឆ្នោត​​សភា គឺ​បាន​​​អនុលោម​​ ទៅ​​​តាម​រដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញ និងបទ​​​បញ្ជា​​​​ផ្ទៃ​ក្នុង​​​របស់​​​សភា​​​ នីតិកាល​​​​ទី​៥នេះ​​​​”។ សេចក្ដី​​​​ថ្លែងការណ៍​​​នេះ​​​មាន​​​ខ្លឹមសារ​​​​បន្ត​ថា “តាមរយៈ​​​ការ​​​ មិ​ន​​​​ទទួល​ស្គាល់​រដ្ឋា​ភិបាល​អាណត្តិ​ទី​៥​​​​ថា​​​ ជា​​​រដ្ឋាភិបាល​​​ស្រប​ច្បាប់​​​​គណ​​​​​​បក្ស​សង្គ្រោះជាតិ​​កំពុង​ធ្វើ​​ ​​សកម្ម​ភាព ផ្ទុយ​ពី​​​​រដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញ ផ្ទុយ​នឹង​របប​ប្រជាធិប តេយ្យ និង​ប្រឆាំង​​​ព្រះ​មហា​ក្សត្រ​នៃ​ព្រះរាជាណាចក្រ​កម្ពុជា”។ ...
