ថ្លែង​ទៅ​កាន់​អ្នក​គាំទ្រ​ជាង​១០.០០០​នាក់​ក្នុង​ពិធី​​​​ជួប​ជុំ​ដ៏​ធំ​ មួយ​កាល​ពី​ម្សិលមិញ​ក្នុង​រាជ​ធានី​ភ្នំពេញ លោក សម រង្ស៊ី និង​លោក កឹម  សុខា មេ​ដឹក​នាំ​គណបក្ស​ប្រឆាំង​បាន​មាន​ប្រសាសន៍​ថា ប្រសិន​បើ​គណបក្ស​ ប្រជា​ជន​កម្ពុជា​កំពុង​កាន់​អំណាច​មិន​ធ្វើ​សហ​ប្រតិ​បត្តិការ​ក្នុង​ការ​ បង្កើត​គណៈកម្មាធិការ​អព្យា​ក្រឹតមួយ​ដើម្បី​ស៊ើប​អង្កេត​ភាព​មិន​ប្រក្រតី​ នានា​ក្នុង​ពេល​បោះ​ឆ្នោត​ក្នុងរយៈ​ពេល​ពីរ​សប្ដាហ៍​ទេ​នោះ​ គណបក្ស​ សង្គ្រោះ​ជាតិ​នឹង​ធ្វើ​មហា​បាតុកម្ម​ទូទាំង​ប្រទេស​។ លោក សម រង្ស៊ី ​បាន​ថ្លែង​ទៅ​កាន់​អ្នក​គាំទ្រ​យ៉ាង​ច្រើន​កុះ​ករ​ដែ​​ល​ ប្រមូល​ផ្ដុំ​គ្នា​ពេញ​ទីលានប្រជា​ធិបតេយ្យ​​ និងហៀរ​មក​លើ​ផ្លូវ​ជុំវិញ​ទី ​នោះ​ថា “​យើង​នឹង​ធ្វើបាតុកម្ម​មុន​​ពេល [គ.ជ.ប.] ប្រកាស​លទ្ធផល​បោះ​ឆ្នោត ​ផ្លូវ​ការ​។ យើង​នឹង​ជំរុញ​ឲ្យ​បង្កើត​គណៈ​​កម្មាធិ​ការ​យុត្តិធម៌ និងឯក​ រាជ្យ​មួយ​ដើម្បី​ស៊ើប​អង្កេត​​លើ​ភាព​មិន​ប្រក្រតី​នានាក្នុង​ពេល​បោះ​ ឆ្នោត។ ប្រសិន​បើ​ពួក​គេ​មិន​បង្កើត​គណៈ​កម្មាធិការ​ឯករាជ្យ​ទេ​នោះ ​យើង​​ នឹង​ធ្វើ​បាតុកម្ម”។ គណៈកម្មាធិការ​ជាតិ​រៀប​ចំ​ការ​បោះ​ឆ្នោត (គ.ជ.ប.) បាន​លើក​ឡើង​ថា ក្រុម ​ប្រឹក្សា​​ធម្មនុញ្ញ​នៃ​ព្រះ​រាជាណាចក្រ​កម្ពុជា​ នឹងប្រកាស​លទ្ធផល​បោះ​ ឆ្នោត​ចុង​ក្រោយ​មិនឲ្យ​​លើស​ពី​ថ្ងៃ​ទី​៨ ខែ​កញ្ញា​ឡើយ​ដើម្បី​អនុ​ញ្ញាត​ ឲ្យ​បង្កើត​រដ្ឋាភិបាល​ថ្មី​នៅ​ដំណាច់​ខែ​ក្រោយ​នេះ​។ គណបក្ស​សង្គ្រោះ​ជាតិ​បាន​ចោទ​ប្រកាន់​ថា មាន​ ការបន្លំបញ្ជីឈ្មោះបោះឆ្នោតជា​ទូទៅ​ និង​ការ​បន្លំ​ឯកសារ​សម្គាល់​អត្ត​ សញ្ញា​ណ​​ដែល​រៀប​ចំ​ដោយ​គណបក្ស​ប្រជា​ជន​កម្ពុជា​ ឃុប​ឃិត​ជាមួយ ​គ.ជ.ប.។ បន្ទាប់​ពី​ការ​ចរចា​ពីរ​លើក​ក្នុង​រយៈ​ពេល​បី​សប្ដាហ៍​មក​នេះ​ គណ ​បក្ស​ប្រជា​ជន​កម្ពុជា និង​គណបក្ស​សង្គ្រោះ​​ជាតិ​មិន​មាន​ការរីក​ចម្រើន​ ណាមួយ​ទេ​នៅ​ក្នុង​ការ​សម្រេច​ថា តើ​ក្រុម​ណា​នឹង​ត្រូវ​ដឹក​នាំ​គណៈ​ កម្មាធិការ​មួយ​ដើម្បី​ស៊ើប​អង្កេតពី​ទំហំ​ និង​ផល​ប៉ះពាល់​នៃ​ភាព​មិន​ ប្រក្រតី​ក្នុង​ពេល​បោះឆ្នោត។ លោក កឹម សុខា បាន​​មាន​ប្រសាសន៍​បន្ទរ​តាម​ការ​គំរាម​របស់​លោក សម រង្ស៊ី  ធ្វើ​មហា​​​បាតុកម្ម​​ ប្រសិន​បើ​គ្មាន​ដំណោះ​ស្រាយ​​ចំពោះ​​ស្ថាន​ភាព​ ដែលជាប់​គាំង​នៅ​ពេល​បច្ចុប្បន្ន​​ទេ​នោះ​ ហើយ​បាន​មាន​ប្រសាសន៍​ថា រដ្ឋ​ សភា​ណា​បង្កើត​ឡើង​ដោយ​គ្មាន​តំណាង​រាស្ត្រ​ជាប់​ឆ្នោត​ទាំង​​៥៥​រូប​របស់​ គណបក្ស​សង្គ្រោះ​​ជាតិ នឹង​ “រលាយបាត់​” យ៉ាង​ឆាប់​រហ័ស។ លោកបាន​មាន​ប្រសាសន៍​ថា “ប្រសិន​បើ​ គ.ជ.ប. ក្រុម​ប្រឹក្សា​ធម្មនុញ្ញ និង​គណបក្ស​ប្រជា​ជន​កម្ពុជា មិនយល់​​ព្រម ​ឲ្យ​បង្កើត​គណៈ​កម្មាធិការ​យុត្តិធម៌​មួយ​ដែល​មាន​អ្នក​ស៊ើប​អង្កេត​ ឯករាជ្យ និងឲ្យ​​អង្គការ​សហ​ប្រជា​ជាតិ​ធ្វើ​ជា​អ្នក​សង្កេត​ការណ៍​ដើម្បី​ ស៊ើប​អង្កេត​ភាព​មិន​ប្រក្រតី​ក្នុង​ពេល​បោះ​ឆ្នោតទេនោះ​ មហា​បាតុកម្ម​នឹង​ កើត​ឡើង​នៅ​គ្រប់​ទី​កន្លែង”។ លោក​បាន​មាន​ប្រសាសន៍​ថា “ប្រសិន​បើ​ពួកគេ​មិន​ស្វែង​រកយុត្តិធម៌​ឲ្យ​ យើងទេ​យើង [តំណាង​រាស្ត្រ​គណបក្ស​សង្គ្រោះ​ជាតិ​]  នឹង​មិន​ចូល​រួម​សម័យ​ ប្រជុំ​សភា​ឡើយ​។ ប្រសិន​បើ​​តំណាង​រាស្ត្រ​គណបក្ស​សង្គ្រោះ​ជាតិ​មិនចូល​ រួម ពួក​គេ​នឹង​បើក​សម័យ​ប្រជុំ​ជាមួយ​តំណាង​រាស្ត្រ​តែ​៦៨​​រូប​ ដែល​នឹង​ ក្លាយ​ជារដ្ឋ​សភា​មិន​គ្រប់​ទឹក​”។ ...
