On 7 August 2025, Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training issued an announcement on the illegal acts related to demanding money from citizens in exchange for obtaining employment in the Kingdom of Cambodia.

The ministry will take strict legal action against those who commit illegal acts related to demanding money from citizens in exchange for obtaining employment in Cambodia.
