On 26 December 2025, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation issued a press release on the 3rd senior officials’ talks between Cambodia and Japan.

The senior officials’ talks meeting noted with great satisfaction the significant progress achieved across key areas of bilateral cooperation since the second senior officials’ talks meeting.
