Press release: Implementing the full EAC app for electricity consumers in the supply areas of private electricity licensees
On 9 December 2025, the Electricity Authority of Cambodia (EAC) issued a press release informing the public that it has fully implemented the EAC App to meet the needs of electricity consumers located within the supply areas of private electricity licensees. The app allows users to check and monitor their electricity consumption, pay monthly bills, and request a variety of services, including new connections, capacity upgrades, information changes, and reconnection. Additionally, users can report issues directly to their electricity supplier and receive relevant information about the electricity sector. The EAC urged all consumers in these private supply areas to download and use the EAC App, which is available on both Android and iOS operating systems.
