On 11 September 2023, the spokesman for the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces (RCAF) issued a press release on organizing the “Angel of Peace” joint humanitarian exercise of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces (RCAF) and China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA) for 13 days, which will be held from 14 to 26 September 2023.
