Open Data Day 2018: You are invited again!
On 04 March last year, Open Development Cambodia (ODC) successfully celebrated “Open Data Day 2017″ at Emerald Hub, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. There were many participants from various background including developers, students, researchers and NGOs’ staffs, who were interested in data, and would like to learn and contribute to Open Data Movement.
Having seen the success of last year event and in order to promote of Open Data movement in Cambodia, this year Open Development Cambodia (ODC) in collaboration with Open Data Communities, Open Data Activists, Open Source Enthusiast and Educator, representative of the Advocate for Free Culture & Open Knowledge in Cambodia and CSOs in both national and international, the organizer team members team is enthusiastic to organize and to welcome the public to join the International Open Data Day 2018 again under theme “Open Contacting for Sustainable Development”, which will be happened on Saturday March 3rd from 8:00 to 16:30 at Emerald HUB, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
If you have an idea for using open data, want to find an interesting project to contribute towards, learn about how to visualize or analyse data or simply want to see what’s happening, then definitely come participate! This year there will be an excited agenda for our participants who are interested in data sharing and in contributing to Open Data movement.
