Announcement on the finding of four new cases of positive COVID-19 of Khmer Muslims in Preah Vihear, a Cambodian-Frenchmen and a child of French
On 15 March 2020, the Ministry of Health issued an announcement on four new COVID-19 cases includes two Cambodian Muslims in Preah Vihear province, a Cambodian man from France and the son of a 35-year-old Frenchman. According to the announcement, the patient was treated at the Khmer-Soviet Friendship Hospital, National Pediatric Hospital and Department of Health in Preah Vihear Province.The ministry has been isolating those who have been in direct contact with positive COVID-19 for 14 days and is searching for more individuals who is in contact with the patients to curb the spread of the disease.
