Announcement: The implementation of measures for the export of certain goods to the United States
On 30 April 2025, Ministry of Commerce issued an announcement on the implementation of measures for the export of certain goods to the United States.
The Ministry of Commerce would like to inform all producers and exporters who have been exporting goods to the United States that the inter-ministerial prakas on prevention measure of origin frauds for exports of certain goods to the United States and the procedures of applying and issuing origin certification letter for the export of certain goods to the United States, will be effective on 12 May 2025.
