Notification on the fulfillment of obligations as prescribed by the Law on Associations and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs)
On 19 February 2025, Ministry of Interior issued a notification on the fulfillment of obligations as prescribed by the Law on Associations and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs).
The Ministry of Interior would like to remind local associations and NGOs that in order to ensure the implementation of proper work operations in accordance with legal principles and to protect their legitimate interests and public interests, as well as to promote cooperation in partnership with public authorities with transparency and accountability, all associations and NGOs must fulfill the obligations as stated in this notification.
