Press release: The impacts on Cambodian citizens and civilian areas caused by Thailand’s aggression from 6:00pm on 12 December until 1:00pm on 13 December 2025

On 13 December 2025, the Ministry of Interior issued a press release regarding the impacts on Cambodian citizens and civilian areas caused by Thai aggression, covering the period from 6:00 PM on 12 December until 1:00 PM on 13 December 2025. The ministry reported that during this period, 3 more civilians were killed and 9 more were injured, bringing the total casualties to 14 killed and 68 wounded. The total number of displaced people (refugees) increased to 118,598 families, or 431,158 individuals, across six provinces. Civilian infrastructure continued to suffer heavy damage, including a second attack by F-16 aircraft on the Chey Chumneas Bridge in Pursat province, resulting in its destruction.
