On 31 December 2025, the Ministry of Interior issued a press release regarding the situation following the ceasefire agreement from 6:00 PM on 30 December to 1:00 PM on 31 December 2025.

To date, 1,232 displaced persons have begun returning to their homes, resulting in a remaining total of 573,151 displaced persons, including 299,648 women and 180,099 children.
