Press release: USAID launches online tools to connect citizens to municipal services in Banteay Meanchey province
On 31 March 2021, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) issued a press release introducing the online tool “Pidor, the Smart Villagers” an Interactive Voice Response, Facebook-based chatbot that can provide Cambodian citizens information on public services in Banteay Meanchey province. The tool will connect citizens to services offered by the Royal Government of Cambodia’s One Window Services Office and increase constructive interactions between citizens and officials about how public services are delivered.
