On 28 October 2021, the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts issued a notification on the reopening of visits to museums, cinemas and theaters in Phnom Penh.

The reopening of visits to museums, cinemas and theaters in Phnom Penh must comply with the measures, principles, and standard operating procedure (SOP) of the Ministry of Health to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
