On 16 October 2021, the Ministry of Health issued a notification on the conditions of travel, implementation of health measures and provocation for travelers entering Cambodia in accordance with the new normal trajectory.

The Royal Government of Cambodia has decided to reopen Cambodia gradually and step by step with caution and responsibility in the new normal course, with the facilitation of quarantine system for travelers to Cambodia through all entrances that have received a full basic dose vaccination.
