On 4 August 2023, the Ministry of Commerce issued an announcement on the entry into force of the sub-decree on requirements and procedures for business combinations.

The sub-decree on requirements and procedures for business combinations has been approved by the Royal Government of Cambodia on 6th March 2023 and will enter into force on 6^th September 2023.
