On 16 January 2023, the National Election Committee (NEC) has posted an announcement on the submission and receipt of applications for registration of national and international journalists for the first election to elect the newly formed and separate councils of Kandal, Kampong Speu and Kratie provinces for the first mandate on their official website.
The announcement aims to inform all local and international journalists the procedures of registration for the first election of the newly formed council of the three provinces.
