On 13 April 2021, the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training released an announcement on organizing the 4th national technical and vocational education and training day in 2021, under the theme “Technical and Vocational Education and Training to improve skills and high income” aims to develop skilled and efficient workforces to meet the needed of the labor market, both domestically and internationally.
