The Ministry of Economy and Finance informs property owners and the public about the extension of transfer tax exemptions and concessions on the transfer of ownership or possession of real estate (housing or co-ownership buildings) valued at less than or equal to or exceeding 70,000 and 210,000 US dollars until December 31, 2026.
