Instructions on the state’s responsibility for value added tax on the supply of diesel and LPG products
On 3 April 2026, Ministry of Economy and Finance issued instructions on the state’s responsibility for value-added tax on the supply of diesel and LPG products.
In response to the trend of increasing prices of diesel and LPG on the international market and in order to help improve the living conditions of citizens, the Royal Government has continued to introduce additional measures by imposing the State’s responsibility for the VAT (the State is responsible for replacing the entire 10%) on the supply of diesel and LPG products.
