On 22 June 2023, National Election Committee has posted a press release of the NEC spokesperson on the application for identification documents for the election from June 22 to July 21, 2023 on their official social media site.
According to the press release, the meeting was attended by representatives of the Constitutional Council, the General Secretariat of the Senate, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of National Defense, the National Police, the National Gendarmerie, representatives of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Cambodia, representatives of political parties, associations and non-governmental organizations, and journalists with a total of 70 people.
