On September 28th, 2022 at the Palais du Gouvernement, His Excellency CHHIENG YANARA, Minister attached to the Prime Minister and Secretary General of the Cambodian Rehabilitation and Development Board of the Council for the Development of Cambodia, presided at the courtesy meeting with His Excellency Stefan Anton Messerer, newly-appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Kingdom of Cambodia.
