On 6 April 2026, Ministry of Health issued a press release on measures to protect and maintain health on the occasion of the Khmer New Year.

On the occasion of the Khmer New Year, Ministry of Health wishes all compatriots happiness, good health, strength, wisdom, longevity, and success in all their work, as well as receiving the four blessings of the Buddha: longevity, wealth, happiness, and strength, and may they never be separated from one another.
