On 17 March 2021, the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications issued a press release on the Signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications and Microsoft Asian Headquarters which aims to promote the digital transformation through cooperation on technically human resources development, research and development, innovation and entrepreneurship fostering in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector, as well as collaboration in digital government policy and masterplan.
