On 8 December 2025, the National Social Protection Council issued a press release on the launch ceremony of the graduation-based social protection program in Teukphos district, Kampong Chhnang province, and in Rovieng district, Preah Vihear province. The ceremony aims to build capacity and resilience, as well as improve the livelihoods of target families.
