On 25 July 2025, Council for the Development of Cambodia issued a statement on strongly condemning the illegal aggression committed by the armed forces of the Thai military.

The Council for the Development of Cambodia strongly condemns the illegal aggression committed by the armed forces of the Thai military by launching deliberate and premeditated attacks on Cambodian army positions along the border in Oddar Meanchey and Preah Vihear provinces on 24 July 2025.
