Hun Sen orders Education Minister to stop signing university diplomas

Prime Minister Hun Sen on Monday publicly announced that Education Minster will no longer sign the university diplomas which shall be signed at the university level. … He said the reason to let the rectors sign the diplomas, is to promote the quality of education in Cambodia, adding that they have to be responsible for the quality of their universities.
