Koh Kong authorities yesterday began removing dirt from a land reclamation site belonging to an army two-star general in Khemarak Phoumint city. On December 3, provincial authorities filed a complaint against Major General Tun Deat, deputy chief of RCAF’s Cambodia-Thai border affairs, for reclaiming a stretch of sea in the city.
