Underpass feasibility study OK’ed

The Phnom Penh Municipality has approved a feasibility study on an underpass crossing National Road 1. The study will be conducted by Borey Peng Hout, a leading local real estate developer. In a meeting Thursday chaired by Khuong Sreng, the governor of Phnom Penh, the municipality said the underpass, which will be located in Chbar Ampov district’s Niroth commune, will alleviate traffic congestion in the area. …
