Introducing ODC Website in the 23rd National Level EISEI Network Meeting

On February 20, 2014, Mr. Thy Try, ODC Executive Director and Ms Pich Ratana, ODC Editor – Researcher, were invited to deliver a presentation in the 23rd National Level Extractive Industry Social and Environmental Impact Network Meeting. This meeting was organized by Extractive Industry Social and Environment Impact (EISEI) and Development and Partnership in Action (DPA) aiming to update outstanding extractive industry issues and second Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) draft law. In that occasion, Try introduced ODC website content and Atlas map; furthermore, he also informed the audiences what types of data and information are available on ODC website and show them how to smartly check the data on ODC. Before ending the presentation, Ms Ratana also informed the participants about the upcoming database structure of mining company profiles as well.
