Cambodia reports 1 pct rise in criminal cases in 2013

Cambodia’s Ministry of Interior on Tuesday reported 2,716 cases of criminal offences in 2013, up 1 percent from the 2,743 cases recorded a year earlier. In a report released during its annual conference, the ministry said felonies dropped by 6 percent on year to 790 cases last year, while misdemeanors rose 4 percent to 1,926 cases. …
