Announcement on the postponement of payment of property tax and unused land tax for 2023 until October 31, 2023
On 26 September 2023, the General Department of Taxation issued an announcement on the postponement of the payment of property tax and unused land tax for 2023 until October 31, 2023.
In order to enable property owners who are willing to fulfill these tax declaration obligations but have not yet submitted their tax returns, the General Department of Taxation has decided to postpone the expiration date of the property tax and unused land tax for 2023 until October 31, 2023, exempted from administrative sanctions due to late tax declaration.
