On 31 May 2023, the Ministry of Post and Telecommunication has posted an announcement on the signing of the memorandum of understanding and agreement between the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, the Ministry of Environment and Higher Education Institutions on their official social media site.
According to the announcement, His Excellency Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunication, His Excellency Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, Minister of Education, Youth and Sports, and His Excellency Say Sam Al, Minister of Environment, presided over the signing ceremony of 11 Memoranda of Understanding and Agreements.
