Guidance for members and buyers on partial withdrawal of EBA for exports to the European Union
On 12 August 2020, the Garment Manufacturers Association in Cambodia (GMAC) issued guidance for its members and buyers following the partial withdrawal of EBA for exports to the European Union that will take effect from 12 August 2020. GMAC has prepared this guidance for the benefits of both members and international buyers who will be impacted by this decision. This guidance is designed to provide clarity on the product tariff lines losing EBA benefits and the product tariff lines that continue to benefit from duty-free and quota-free access to the EU market.
