Notice on the obligation to submit the 2025 annual financial statements to the Accounting and Auditing Regulator
On 23 December 2025, the Accounting and Auditing Regulator (AAR) of the Non-Banking Financial Services Authority issued a notice on the obligation to submit annual financial statements for 2025 to the Accounting and Auditing Regulator.
The Accounting and Auditing Regulator (AAR) issued this notice to inform business owners and heads of non-profit organizations that: In accordance with Royal Decree No. នស/រកម/០៤១៦/០០៦ dated April 11, 2016, which promulgated the Law on Accounting and Auditing and related regulations, enterprises and non-profit organizations must submit annual financial statements for 2025 in accordance with the accounting standards in force to the Accounting and Auditing Regulator.
