Outcomes of the meeting between H.E. LUY David, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and Professor Vitit Muntarbhorn, Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Cambodia
On 29 March 2022, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation issued a press release on the outcomes of the meeting between H.E. LUY David, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and Professor Vitit Muntarbhorn, Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Cambodia. His Excellency Secretary of State briefed the Special Rapporteur on Cambodia’s achievements in hosting the 13th Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM13) during late 2021 and the recent success of the ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Retreat held in February 2022. Cambodia’s priorities as the Chair of ASEAN in 2022 were also brought forward during the meeting.
