Press release on the color and fish pollution noticed on Sangke River

On 15 August 2023, the Battambang Province Municipal issued a press release regarding the case of Sangke River being abnormally black and had some fish poisoning.

According to the press release, the joint provincial commission inspected the site and found that the unusually black water was caused by liquid waste from a factory flowing into Sangke River.
