On 10 July 2026, Ministry of Mines and Energy issued a press release on the implementation of the mineral fund project to support local community development in 2026.

The Ministry is honored to inform the public and all citizens about the Mineral Fund to Support Local Community Development and the use of mineral funds to contribute to the development of local communities through the application of development projects from the commune and sangkat administrations.
