Announcement on cellular service improvement

On 26 May 2020, the Ministry of Post and Telecommunication has posted an announcement on cellular service improvement. According to the announcement, 2 measure is implemented as follow:

All cellular operators must improve their signals in all area, notably urban areas and new development zones by promptly installing additional equipment and new cell towers.
The ministry is charging TRC with inspecting cell services with the highest care and responsibility to ensure quality mobile services and that all equipment comply with technical standard.
